Dark Delusions

When we close our eyes but don't sleep
lost in the valleys so dark
thoughts flowing from the head to the feet
war drums playing in my heart
life is what i seek.

I sense it moving around me
like vultures circle a corpse
I hear it unfold stories inside me
things I had buried in my thoughts
makes me feel like an enemy.

Only to realize
that the worse fear in my head
is not the same as seen by my eyes
I loose the fear of being dead
I let go and rise.

I feel a fire
burning in my heart
as the volume goes up, it goes higher
now I know there's no turning back
I let go a little more.

To see things I have never before
creatures of the dark, monsters of my past
a key to a lock of a portal door
opening a door is an easy task
but my feet remain stuck to the floor.

I let go of my pride
kill my ego
the fire roars inside
my body falls on the floor
I watch my soul rise.

unlock the door and walk through
to end up into emptiness
this place i knew
it was a familiar darkness
these valleys aren't new.

The kite payback.

Every once  a while there is always something that lights us up, that cheers us or just gives us a smile. So i thought i'll do something to light things up a bit. 

Well, recently we had a kite making competition in our office. A colleague and I made a kite, we didn't win a prize for it but i really liked it. Every time i looked at it, I smiled. The kite was really something special for me. We were asked to keep the kites next to our work places. I did but after two weeks the kite was taken away. This made me angry yet i knew there was nothing i could do as i was just an employee. Being an employee is fine but being an employee in a corporate office is equal to being a slave. I'm sure most of the people working in a corporate environment would agree. Well in this anger i wrote down a poem. Hope you like it.

Got up at eight in the morning

the bed all moist after a hot summer night

the sweat didn't feel irritating

instead I felt nice and bright

I was on my bed

when my phone started ringing
"are you in office ?" a voice said

saw the watch it was nine fifteen

I replied " I'm at work,
came here an hour ago
this is not why we were put on earth
anyway we'll talk later, got to go".

kept the phone aside

decided to shut my eyes

didn't care that i just lied

but couldn't stop time with my lies

got up anyway

with eyes half shut

I start another day
cause I no longer give a fuck

went to the office

signed in the time

team leader gave me a notice

she thought being late was a crime

I said I'll be early

gave a good story for being late

she knew her words did nothing really

and knew what was in my fate

after she left it was nice

I plugged in my headphone

played my favorite track twice

as i signed in and logged on

videos, music and pictures galore

youtube, facebook, gmail

blogs, articles, news and more

I take longer breaks

than the time i work

not cause i don't have what it takes

because i really don't give a fuck

corporate has no employee union

human resource works for the employer

why should the employer have all the fun

hence amount of my input equals the labour

as far as my work goes

I've never crossed a deadline

I'm not rude and have no foes

overall performance is pretty fine

I don't mind the low pay

nor the final output that comes from my art

not even the nine hour loss from my awesome day

It is just that i loved my kite with all my heart

Leave everything behind

forget anger, forget fear
they bring greif and unrest
they aren't real they were created here
they are hurdles in our own test

forget hate, forget violence
to rise above
to see through this disturbance
the thing called love

forget money, forget greed
the evil that they are
drives us, creates need
creates death and war

forget religion, forget government
they tried, they failed
wars, punishments and sins can't be heavensent
go ask a poor if he was ever bailed

forget all our differences
for we are all one
race, nationality, religion and sex
leave everything behind, it is all done

It matters not who or how many die
as our journey will never end
but the fact that we made our own cry
makes me think how long we'd pretend

we are children of a hopeless generation
we are the voice of a thoughtless civilization

we're a sacrifice, we're slaves
labouring away all our counted days
trying to make ends meet
through all possible ways

we are a product of infinite indoctrination
we are a part of a sleeping population

here being different is wrong
fighting each other is just a norm
we cant see that we are all the same
divided from each other we live on

we are citizens of a greed driven nation
we are victims of political corruption

forced to believe there's no better
that there isn't enough food or shelter
if we don't change our ways now
there'll be none left later

we are a cry of a collective evolution
we are a stand for a global revolution

we want to give love and peace a chance
we want a reform, equality and balance
the elite have conspired for too long
seems like life has it's own plans.

Life is so much more

We have enough food

we know what is good

what has to be done, should

It is easy to point fingers but hard to think

How much more will our quality of life sink

When we are on the brink

Of total annihilation

With a hand full of corruption

And an overwhelming population

We look for what holds us down

The word authority gives us a frown

Heavy is the head that wears the crown

Do we really need a ruler to run this town?

Do we need a system that holds us down?

Aren’t we capable of self governance?

Can’t we give love and peace a single chance?

Why can’t we rise against?

When we succumb to our need

Do we realize that it is just greed?

How long would we pretend

We no longer know who’s a friend

Feeling like standing at the end

Is this our pursuit of happiness?

Isn’t money the true cause of our sadness?

When we know what is wrong

How long must this go on?

Can you understand?

Would you hold my hand?

As I walk you to the other side

Would you let go?

Would you want to know?

The truth kept from you

The fact known by few.

That you are just a pawn

And have been fooled all along

That your life is a sad song.

Think before you make up your mind

And then the truth you will find

No need for violence of any kind

When you look into your heart you will find

That all humanity is one.

circle of illusion

I'm in a circle
which spins round and round

It never stops
So forever to it i am bound

I am still trying to break the chain
but the exit is hard to be found

I make noises and tell everyone
but nobody seems to hear a sound



I could either choose to follow
or I would be left alone

There is barely any love left
all hearts have turned to stone

Materialistic values are no longer skin deep
they go all the way to the bone

originality and individualism no longer exist
every person is just another clone



How long will this go on ?
How much more can our world take ?

How much debt, how many deaths ?
Will this circle ever break ?

False promises, violence, loss of good morals
what sense does it make ?

When will the entire population realize,
that the life we live is just fake.

Heaven, deciphered

Now think of the most beautiful thing and multiply it ten times. That's the basic one line description one could think about something, so beautiful, so everlasting, so far fetched. An idea that might sound unreal to many but has held together huge populations for generations under the name of religion. A promise for a fruit that is promised to us all. In one way or the other it gives us an explanation for all the bad that happens to us in life.
Has anyone who speaks about this tasted this fruit yet? I don't mean a mere state of trance. I mean actually dying and seeing "heaven". No, I don't think so. Nobody has seen heaven. The tricky part about heaven is that you would only get in if you "Believe", if that's the case. We could re-phrase it as, "it is real if you think it is real" ... so anyway it is a test.

A test ? ; well all right I'll take it ... What is it for ? Well if you're good you'll be rewarded ... Rewarded with an entry into heaven. What does heaven have in it? It is a beautiful place, it has everything you need rivers of milk and honey. Doesn't it get messy or sticky? Does god have a proper drainage system? Shut up!! Don't say such stuff about the almighty, he created you, me, the animals, water, land and air. Everything we know was created by him. He can do anything. If he can do anything what does he need us for ? We were created so that we cherish and live by his rules and pray him. Does it make him happy watching us live the way we do ? Does he like that ? Does he care about what every single person that ever lived has done. Does he infact know and remember what humans do and he is still ok with it ? Or does he just want us to pray him regardless ? I'm confused, god doesn't sound so "holy" and "almighty" to me.

How about I don't care about what the afterlife is going to be. That way i can have a heaven right here. By understanding that i have to be the change i want to see in the world. When we understand that, we can live happily in peace with nature. We all have an understanding of good and bad, look at what the religions teach, take the good with you and let go of a few things, cause obviously religion hasn't got it 100% right.

I believe there'll be a change. In all of us, few will survive it and few won't. A lot is going to change. Few will be proved right and few will be proved wrong. Everyone deserves a chance to live. Humanity is going to tear itself apart, then what will remain will be heaven.

A "not so" secret.

Today i would like to tell you a secret. A secret which is obvious to many but not all know the complete truth. It has become a deep part of our lives. We live most of our lives un-aware of it. We sit and watch as it kills our future. It controls us, decides our fates and has been doing it for many years now. It is responsible for the deaths of few famous and countless other people over the past. This secret is very well planned. Its best trick is disguise. It disguises itself in many forms. Like money, violence and religion. It has become the only reality we know. Our evolution is not just a physical change. It is also mental and spiritual. The human well being or "health" is defined as the general condition of a person's mind body and spirit. This secret has kept us from ever living freely. It has constrained us with fake illusions and materialistic lifestyles.This secret has separated families, destroyed lives, caused pain and agony to an entire planet for years, has used us like scapegoats, has taken away most of what rightfully belongs to us and now the secret is slowly revealing itself.

This secret isn't a group of people. Of course there are people who run it but according to me i don't think they are humans. I mean i don't understand how a human heart can contain so much guilt. How knowingly that one is doing wrong or bad one could continue down such a path ? ... so i concluded they're not humans. At least not the kind i encounter everyday in my life. Well these people have publicly admitted about all this. A lot of information about them is available on the internet. Was it a part of their plan to be revealed or is life and destiny beyond their hands too. I don't know but i do know this. Now the ball is in our court. it is our move now. We must take it carefully.

The first thing we must do is get into the habit of learning. We never truly learn because we never truly question. Since our childhood we are taught never to question, especially if it is god, religion, society, leadership, authority ... basically "... parents, teachers and all elders ... ". So question everything. don't just accept things, Understand, learn, be patient. When you understand what it is. Just listen to your heart and it will guide you right.
