I am glad to have this oppurtunity to say, "Thank you".
Not just for the toys you bought me as a kid,
but for how you guided me through the deeds I did.
Not just for giving me a good education,
but also, for the camps during summer vacation.
You taught me how to swim,
that it is ok not to win.
You taught me how to skate
and how to contemplate.
You taught me right from wrong,
showed how to be morally strong.
You were there when everyone was gone,
showed me how to carry on.
Even now your voice like a lullaby
puts all my worries to sleep.
If I hug your arm as I lay
all my fears would go away.
When I see myself in the mirror
your loving support shows clearer.
Before I check out,
I would like to say without any doubt.
It hurts when I see tears in your eyes
and you have the most wonderful smile.
Play the role fully as a person for everyone . You forgot your son what does, where he is ,how he is and what he is doing by birth.Nobody gone you didt allow us except your own priorities which you took stand silent because don't want unnecessary blames .May be i am too good and honest for everyone so took granted .We have many roles to be played .A women never forgots the treatment during and after pregnancy it's a crucial stage and more when her child neglected by everyone including her son's father.Meaning of strong being single playing multiple roles justify right and wrong without being partial.
ReplyDeleteBeing a mother I understand the pain though being tough in this world of devils handle single for me never interfere the pair of nature relationship inspite interfere mine by everyone so I gave enough space.Being neglected, blamed,blocked,left,allegations,insulted by everyone including ur frds,push out ,defame my character n more still stood for son couldn't control unjust for him.
ReplyDeleteDon't include us in all quite becoz lack expectations now ,Don't want unnecessary blames,trouble and more concern for you.I hold thank you for siblings not for parents it's a less word for them .Except God nobody is perfect .Be neutral, understand all ,importance for all proper content and DON'T BE TOUGH ON YOURSELF.
ReplyDeleteLastly being a man writing this poem is easy but as woman is different n difficult being expected to leave parents, forgot them for the family n home not hers whom not respect and love her and bare insult on her family as it is part of compromise and make it. Still people think man and woman relation is based on words easy to Break by all this sacrifice by her and throw into the world
