move with the speed of light
stand still
sleep with my eyes open
live with my eyes closed

fight for right
do wrong
preach morals
get real

living life to the fullest
doing nothing at all
lost in my own reality
following the flow of society

try so hard to stay
find it easy to let go
walk forward
move backward

joy in my heart
fear in my mind
smile on my face
tears in my eyes

want to kill and destroy
love the state of peace
lust for the grotesque
look for the finese

taught never to lie
incapable of honesty
share and care
in a competitive system

laugh at others
hate judgement
ask forgiveness
take revenge

lie for joy
live the bitter truth
die to live
live to die

this is not hypocrisy
its more than that
stuck in a duality of my ownself
i desire to be free
